By downloading, installing, or using Throne Score ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

Throne Score is a mobile application that allows users to discover, rate, and review public restrooms. The App includes features such as location-based search, user reviews and ratings, social features, and premium subscription options.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the App.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

"User Content" includes reviews, ratings, lists, and any other content you submit to the App.

• You retain ownership of your User Content, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content in connection with the App.
• You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
• We may remove or modify User Content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

5. Community Guidelines

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews
• Use offensive, discriminatory, or harassing language
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Spam, solicit, or post commercial content
• Attempt to manipulate ratings or gaming systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Collect or harvest other users' information
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission

6. Throne Score Plus Subscription

• Pricing:Throne Score Plus is available as a monthly ($3.99/month) or annual ($19.99/year) subscription.
• Billing:Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your account at confirmation of purchase.
• Renewal:Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation:You can manage and cancel your subscription through your App Store or Play Store account settings.

7. Referral Program

Users can earn rewards by referring new users to the App. The terms and conditions of the referral program are subject to change.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and materials in the App, including the Throne Score name, logo, and design, are the exclusive property of Throne Score and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services (e.g., map providers). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or information in the App.

11. Limitation of Liability

Throne Score shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Throne Score harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including your breach of these Terms.

15. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time, with or without notice.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Throne Score regarding your use of the App.
